Each individual may hold only one 888phil account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension. All bonuses and winnings associated with duplicate accounts are void and non-withdrawable.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Specific requirements are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Attempting to abuse bonus structures may result in account suspension.
Withdrawals require completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. A valid Philippine government-issued ID must be submitted. 888phil reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 888phil will never ask for your password via email or chat. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless you report unauthorized access promptly.
888phil provides self-exclusion, deposit limits, and session time controls. Players who self-exclude may not circumvent the exclusion by opening new accounts. Responsible gaming tools are available at any time in your account settings.

888phil accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable limits:
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice. Deposits are generally credited to your 888phil account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your 888phil account. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification as described in Section 4.3. 888phil aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times. 888phil reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts.
All transactions on the 888phil platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
888phil may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus amounts must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in each promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; any unused bonus balance will expire at the end of the validity period.
888phil reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts, where it determines — in its sole discretion — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players to exploit promotional offers.
888phil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account, provided the Player has not yet breached the applicable bonus terms.
Each game available on the 888phil platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.
All games on the 888phil platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer formats audited for fairness by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are available within the game information panel.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 888phil's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round shall be final. 888phil shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 888phil platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of 888phil.
888phil collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
888phil is committed to protecting your personal data and complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the platform and compliance with legal obligations.

888phil's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
888phil does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 888phil makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude 888phil's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
888phil reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines — in its sole discretion — that the Player has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other Players.
Upon termination for breach, 888phil may forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or illegal activity is established, any real money balance remaining in the account. 888phil will provide written notice of the reason for termination where legally required to do so.
You may close your 888phil account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to 888phil's customer support team for informal resolution. 888phil will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable under PAGCOR regulations.
888phil reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 888phil will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the 888phil platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.2.
